There is nothin silly about tellling the truth. The truth is that your penis has reached it’s potential growth when your puberty is finished. You may swallow all the pills you like and in any combination that strikes your fancy but you won’t gain a single 1/4 of an inch. Not silly. Just the truth.

Lets face it… If these things worked wouldn’t men all over the world be using these? Wouldn’t a fair majority have 7″+ penises?
I think they are fake crap, just people attacking male vulnerability by saying “buy these, they will make your penis HUGE!” They have realised that a lot of men feel insecure about their size and are just sucking money from the guys who believe them.

Those are sugar pills and obviously will result in no growth, you feel for a common scam. Pills can’t increase size.

not with tenofivir but yes kaletra (any booster protease inhititor) increased the blood level of viagra and therefore a smaller dose (25-50mg) should be used

Can’t say without knowing the ingredients in both pills. If they contain guarana, caffeine or other stimulants, the combined dosage could be dangerous.
